What are macronutrients and micronutrients?
Macronutrients are the main source of food that we need, which are the Fats, Protein, and Carbohydrates. Ex: chicken, beef, salmon, beans, chickpeas, avocado, nuts.
Micronutrients are the small source of food that we need, which are vitamins and minerals. Ex: spinach, chia seeds, orange, yogurt, bananas.
