Another round of my favorite dish! Vermicelli Chicken Noodle Salad.
Simple, delicious, and refreshing. Here is the recipe for those who’s been asking me. Enjoy!!
3 oz grilled chicken
2 oz vermicelli noodles
1/4 cup small chunk cucumber
2 leaf of small chopped romaine lettuce
2 teaspoon of spring roll fish sauce
Sprinkle grated carrots and chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
Sprinkle Thai chili pepper (optional)
Note: Season chicken with salt, mushroom seasoning, and garlic powder.
