Do you have those days where you feel bloated or just very thirsty??


From the photos below there is 1930mg of sodium in a can of Chunky Soup and 1190mg in a Maruchan Noodle Cup.


The recommended intake for sodium per day is 1500mg and no more than 2300mg.


If you ate that noodle cup, you already consumed 79% of your daily value of salt for just one meal. So remember to read those nutrition facts and watch your sodium intake.


Note: If you have heart disease or hypertension, consuming more salt will increase more risks.
