Yesterday was warm & sunny and today is cold & cloudy. But perfect for a bowl of warm Pho Noodle Soup!! I want everyone to enjoy this simple and easy delicious low-carb noodle soup, so here is the recipe!

Low-Carb Pho Noodle Soup
- 1 bag of 7 oz shirataki noodle (boil 10-15 minutes)
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp of pho broth mix
- 1 tsp of mushroom seasoning
- 3 oz boneless chicken thigh (cut into strips)
- 2 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp of beef paste
- 1 tsp of fish sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- garnish with cilantro, green onion, and bean sprouts.
