Yes, it’s OK to eat protein bars everyday. Most individuals use protein bars as a meal replacement because they don’t have time to eat. Protein bars are also great after a post workout because it’ll help rebuild muscle tissues. I would not recommend you to eat it as it late night snack. A protein bar should have less than 5g of fat, 15g or more of protein, and less than 5g of sugar. The recommended daily sugar intake from the American Heart Association(AHA) is between 25g for women and 36g for men.
