It’s that time again, where it’s going to get hotter and hotter...... 88 degrees today! And ice coffee sounds fantastic! . . .
Yesterday as I walked pasted Starbucks to get lunch at work, it just daunt to me. Have you ever thought about what’s inside the coffee you drink? How much sugar it has in it and what the ingredients are?
Don’t get me wrong, I love Starbucks!
What I recommend is to go on the website on the foods or drinks that you want to buy, read the nutrition facts and ingredients, and it’ll help you to select better choices.
